The Sacred Stitch Ambassador/Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

1. Program Overview
The Sacred Stitch Ambassador/Affiliate Program is designed to reward individuals who promote our Christian clothing brand by sharing our faith-inspired apparel with their audience. By participating in the program, ambassadors/affiliates agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Commission Structure
Ambassadors/affiliates will earn a 10% commission on each sale generated through their unique Safelink. The commission is calculated based on the sale amount, excluding taxes and shipping fees. Payments will be made monthly with no minimum payout threshold. Once an ambassador/affiliate refers three sales, they will be bumped into a higher commission tier, earning 15% on future sales.

3. Affiliate Links and Codes
Ambassadors/affiliates will be provided with unique Safelinks for promoting The Sacred Stitch products. These links must be used as provided and cannot be altered or shared in any way that could mislead customers.

4. Content Usage
The Sacred Stitch reserves the right to use any content produced by ambassadors/affiliates, including photos, videos, and written content, in paid ads, social media posts, and website content. By participating in the program, ambassadors/affiliates grant The Sacred Stitch the rights to use this content for promotional purposes.

5. Prohibited Activities
Ambassadors/affiliates are prohibited from engaging in false advertising or any other misleading promotional activities. Any violation of this rule will result in immediate termination from the program.

6. Termination
The Sacred Stitch reserves the right to terminate the ambassador/affiliate partnership at any time, for any reason. If an ambassador/affiliate is terminated and has pending payouts, they will be paid in full.

7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising out of or related to this program will be resolved under New York law.

8. Acceptance of Terms
By joining The Sacred Stitch Ambassador/Affiliate Program, ambassadors/affiliates agree to these terms and conditions.
